Ready to Prioritize Your Well-being?

We're Here to Guide You on Your Wellness Journey

At Body Positive Works, we believe in the power of self-discovery. Our Wellness Center in Bergen County offers a holistic and integrative approach to health and wellness, guiding you on a journey back to your truest self, nurturing your mind, body, and spirit.

Empowering Your Wellness Journey

Body Positive Works offers an inclusive and empowering environment to find holistic health. Our personalized approach focuses on creating a space for lasting transformation, going beyond surface-level nutrition advice and diving deeper into the complex relationship between food and body.

At Body Positive Works, we believe that nutrition should be health-centered and weight-neutral.

That’s why we take an integrative approach that fosters self-love, self-care, and self-acceptance.

Nutrition sessions offer education around the medical and nutritional side effects of binging, purging, and restricting; development of a balanced relationship with food and body; support in stabilizing eating patterns; and once stabilized, help with getting in touch with hunger and fullness cues.

Our food protocols are focused on overall well-being, rather than trying to achieve a certain weight or culturally defined standard of beauty.

Nutrition support includes conversations around body acceptance, allowing you to explore and heal your relationship with food and your body so that you can experience a sense of confidence and freedom and develop a better relationship with both.
