Amanda is a dedicated and certified yoga instructor with over twenty years of experience. She is passionate about helping individuals discover the transformative power of yoga for both mind and body.


Completed 200-hour and 300-hour teacher trainings at Yoga Synthesis, specializing in Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.


Creates adaptable and accessible classes that honor the individualistic nature of each student’s yoga journey. Emphasizes positive growth, change, and the interconnectedness of all beings.


Guides students through various yoga practices, including gentle flows, restorative postures, and mindfulness techniques.
