Our Story

Body Positive Works

We call ourselves “The Feel Good Place”

Body Positive Works began with a simple idea – to create a community-focused space where people can have easy access to a multitude of practitioners, programs, and services to support an integrated wellness experience. It is our mission to generate an integrative wellness community that helps people of every age, race, culture, religion, physical ability, and gender identity develop a kinder relationship with their unique selves, celebrate their inner qualities, and learn to be wonderstruck. This is why we have established a unique community space of like-minded practitioners that provides educational, holistic, integrative, and therapeutic support to help individuals connect with and accept their true, authentic selves.

We call ourselves “The Feel Good Place” because we want you to feel good inside and out, and to explore, grow, and feel empowered in our safe and joyful community!

We specialize in treating eating disorders, disordered eating, negative body image, addiction, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA+, and trauma.

Empowering your path to loving yourself is our goal! We are a team of experts – psychotherapists, licensed clinical alcohol and drug counselors, equine-assisted psychotherapists, yoga instructors, dietitians, nutritionists, health coaches, meditation teachers, sound healing instructors, reiki masters, massage therapists, body therapists, Ayurveda practitioners, and Stott Pilates instructors, all here to support you on your journey back home to yourself, your authenticity, and your curiosity.
