Amanda Dhi has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 20 years. She is an experienced 500-hour registered yoga teacher (RYT-500), specializing in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and is currently studying to become certified in Yoga Therapy.
Her classes emphasize adaptability, accessibility, and celebrate the individual journey of self-discovery. Amanda believes in meeting people where they are on their path, honoring the unique needs and experiences of each individual.
As a dedicated End-of-Life Doula (EOL), Amanda brings a deep sense of compassion and understanding to her teaching, using her experience to guide others through challenging times with mindful practices, including Yoga and Meditation for Grief and Yoga and Meditation in Palliative Care.
Mark Van Buren is a seasoned Mindful Living Trainer and a trusted expert in Bergen County for meditation and mindfulness-based training. With over fifteen years of experience, he provides practical and accessible teachings that have helped countless individuals find greater well-being and inner peace.
His approach emphasizes simplicity, offering tools and techniques that are easy to incorporate into daily life, whether you’re new to meditation or have an established practice.
Joy Mino is a certified Sound Healing Practitioner who guides individuals and groups on profound journeys of deep relaxation and energetic harmonization using Himalayan Singing Bowls, gongs, and other therapeutic instruments. Her training with Katherine Hamer (NYC) and certification from the Atma Buti Sound and Vibrational School (Boulder, CO) provide a strong foundation for her work. Joy’s private sessions and group sound meditations create a space to quiet the mind, release blockages, and invite healing, peace, and clarity.

Group Sound Healing sessions occur on the second Friday of each month at 7:00 PM.
