Body Positive Works offers a variety of unique and enriching programs tailored to empower young girls, promote self-discovery, and foster well-being. We believe in a holistic approach to learning, incorporating mindfulness, creativity, and connection with nature into our programs.
Share in an immersive nature experience while practicing mindfulness and gratitude in the outdoors. Learn about nature’s healing powers and how to access them to promote mental and physical well-being.
This workshop-style session teaches participants about the nature-based practice of Forest Bathing and how they can apply it to their lives. Discover how to offset anxiety and depression, promote mental clarity, boost mood, spark curiosity, and regulate the nervous system. The experience includes moments for bonding, sharing, and creativity.
Kick off the Girl Scout year with a focus on self-love and acceptance! This inclusive and body-positive yoga mini-retreat is a safe space where all bodies are welcome.
Led by our empowering and experienced instructors, this session includes:

This program focuses on ground-based interaction with horses and miniature horses, using observation, discussion, and team-building activities to:

Connect personal experiences to the interactions observed between horses
Build confidence and self-awareness
